Dear diary,
Lately, I have been extremely into following and finding small businesses. When I find a good one, I always feel like I’m finding a unique piece specially curated for me. Which I know isn’t the case, but it’s still a heartwarming feeling. Finding a small business makes me feel like I’m doing something good for the community, and everyone loves the ego boost that comes with that. But, as most of you probably know, finding a good quality small business is difficult, especially when you are reduced to finding one on social media. As your fairy godmother, I feel obliged to assist you in this struggle. So here are three of my favorite small businesses right now.
#1 - Notte (@nottejewerly)
Y2K, one of the most popular trends at the moment and the most colorful one out of them all. The style is known for its pinks and purples and was majorly influenced by the Bratz Dolls. Now pair the bright colors and glam of the style with sustainability, and you have Notte Jewelry. Each piece is handmade, and they sell earrings, necklaces, barrettes, and bracelets. I’m a sucker for any piece of heart-shaped jewelry, so their heart necklaces are my absolute favorite.

#2 - Stinky Jewelz (@stinkyjewelz)
Stinky Jewelz is a newer brand to get on my radar, and I’m absolutely obsessed with all their recent launches. They are also handmade and sustainable, two qualities that I seem to be drawn to. Even though I’m in love with their heart-shaped necklaces (have we spotted a pattern yet?), they also sell anklets, hats, and hair clips. I don’t think I can even describe how gorgeous these necklaces are though. Like for real, please go check them out, I’m begging you.

#3 - Y2k Tees (@y2ktees)
Here is another y2k inspired brand, but this one is purely for graphic tees. More specifically graphic tees with your favorite celeb or fictional character on them. This UK-based business pairs a classic black tee with bold lettering on the front to create ✨art✨. As soon as they restock, you know that I will be buying one.
